PROCESSING TIME/RUSH ORDER

The time to prepare an order for shipping is generally 2-3 weeks. Larger orders may require longer processing time and will be noted when order is finalized.

​If you need the items sooner, please send us a message prior to placing your order to see if there's time to complete your order. We will do our very best to accommodate your special requests. Additional charges may apply.

We’re currently shipping within Canada ONLY. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can’t guarantee them

If you live locally and would like to pick up in Stouffville, Ontario, please let us know. We will message you once your order is ready to arrange a pick up date. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Since we do custom products, we don’t accept returns, or exchanges. You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

As of right now, we currently accept e-Transfer to mt.calligraphy.to@gmail.com ONLY. Please contact us if there are any questions or issues regarding the payment process. 

We can't begin working on your item until full payment has been received.
